About Marian
Marian Orafu is a reputable and highly regarded professional with over 20 years’ experience in Executive Administration Management and Project Management working in both private and public sectors. She is known for her leadership and management skills and her passion in supporting young people, especially those with lived experiences, at risk or hard to reach to achieve their dreams and potential.
In various Executive Administrative Management capacities, Marian has supported senior leadership teams, Governors, and departments. She has developed, implemented, and maintained processes and procedures to improve productivity, continuity and accountability while enhancing BAU and corporate sustainability.
As a Project Manager, Marian has managed several projects and programmes relating to IT, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Online Learning, Nationwide Digital Exhibitions and more. Marian is Prince2 certified and a Designated Safeguard Lead.
In addition, Marian works as a non-executive Director for an organisation supporting young girls and women and their children who have suffered from domestic violence. Providing them with a wraparound service consisting of legal advice, counselling, mental health and wellbeing programmes and more.
